"Black" is defined circularly in a way no other race is.

The definition of "Native American" has this "community attachment" clause no other definition has, and it's unclear what communities qualify.
White – A person having origins in any of the original peoples of Europe, the Middle East, or North Africa. Black or African American – A person having origins in any of the Black racial groups of Africa. American Indian or Alaska Native – A person having origins in any of the original peoples of North and South America (including Central America) and who maintains tribal affiliation or community attachment. Doing things to make it very obvious authorities' use of force against protestors is unjustified is a decades-old protesting tactic that is often very effective!

Yup. And when you spell out the specifics of what this means it gets even more absurd. "We just need Arab-Americans to take one for the team and not complain about people who are, in many cases, members of their extended family being murdered" is not a strategy.

I also had some wash sale implications which has brought the total up to 262 and It’s now down to 224 and pretty much if i was to sell now I will have broken even overall on my whole Tesla experience. Should I sell now or just hold at this point? Ideally I would need the money by some time between next year and next year and a half. Any thoughts? The phone “never stops ringing now,” the employee said. Phone backups have prevented the staff from processing retirement claims. Due to a D.O.G.E.-driven spending freeze on federal credit cards, some offices can’t pay phone bills, the employee said, while one office was forced last week to cancel three disability hearings because the staff could not use charge cards to pay for interpreters who speak foreign languages or American Sign Language. One claimant has a terminal illness and another is in danger of losing their house, the employee said. No new hearings have been scheduled.
