The sicko in me is tempted to do a winter trip for once. Less other people, but more animals indoors, and the whole teens wind chill thing most days, especially closer to the Lake.

Yeah, I can't think of many non-franchised fried chicken places in my part of the suburbs. Probably are some if I really looked. Plenty of hot dog places though lol.

Every time I see them done on cooking shows it looks amazing. I'm assuming we have a good selection of Southern style restaurants in the city, something to look into.

Does look really good though lol
