I use a Whoop Fitness Band and wonder if its assessment of my sleeping patterns truly correlates to aging. I feel refreshed after 5.6 hours of sleep. Whoop wants me to get 8 hours of good sleep. Doing that is challenging for me.

I remember my mother had no problem wiping dip sticks to check fluid levels. Because as a young girl, the family Model T had no gas gauge.

Reviewing my annual AI subscriptions because they're setting me back €995. I use all of them when training but now they've reduced my coffee breaks. That means more water for hydration when I cut caffeine.
