My wife hates animals suffering in films. I am more stoic,if needed for the plot fine, otherwise no. My pet hate is motorbike soundtracks. Why do they always have them changing gear when they are obviously not. Grinds my gears that does.

America has acted too slowly in pursuit of climate goals, as has most of the western world and China. But it seems the only two major countries who are now really failing to get with the reality of where the earth is heading, are Russia and America.

Won't happen, all France, Germany, UK, Sweden and a few other European countries have to do is threaten to dump US bonds. They hold a vast amount. Doing so would bankrupt the US, all those trillions of debt finally being called in.

The kill switch doesn't exist for European fighters, ships, small arms, artillery, air defense systems (European made) or the french nuclear arsenal. So really not an issue.

The US hasn't fought against troops as well equipped and trained as theirs since WW2. All their major conflicts since, have been against inferior armies, most of whom have fought the US to a stalemate or defeat. Trump and Miller are seriously miscalculating an invasion scenario.

Until America deals with its problems, political and social, Europe needs to look after itself and expand its interests in the far east. Basically put America on the naughty step until it learns to behave responsibly.

The American armed forces have not engaged with an enemy that has equal, if not superior, levels of training and equipment since WW2. So all Trump and Millers talk of taking Greenland is locker room boasting by 2 men who would run a mile if the shooting started.
