Awful to hear Nick Robinson interviewing this morning. It was like he was leading the school debating team. About time #r4today updated their interview style - more respectful, get into the detail and stop trying to score points or to land a soundbites.
Nick Robinson should be retired asap. Terrible interview with Sir Ed displaying his own prejudices. Contradicting himself about the questions. “ I am not asking about the stunts” when he just did.

My experience - EV charging specialists are more reliable: charging stations will work when I pitch up (Ionity, InstaVolt, Zunder). Big oil EV chargers (BP, Shell, Total) seem less reliable. Just me?

So how might they fly this f35b back to the UK? Guessing will require some tankers and maybe a stop at a US base in middle East #opsec #airforce #raf

Trying to think of the upsides today. Might trumps tariffs could help reduce carbon emissions and reduce frivolous wasteful consumption? Going to be a lot cheap solar panels on the non-US market too.

It would be sad if people started booking up Tesla test drives with bogus details and then not turning up.

Went to buy something in Boots. Presented advantage card barcode in phone wallet - they refuse to scan it unless you present it in the Boots App! Er... Goodbye Boots, sod off. Grr

This "history" of the Tobacco Factory in Bristol (now a great arts venue) laments the loss of "one of Bristol's most successful industries" and makes no mention of the millions who died prematurely from consuming it's outputs or the overseas slaves/poverty farmers who supplied it.

Yes, ban it outside schools but not hospitals! Switching patients and visitors who smoke to vaping is progress. Banning vaping will just mean more people smoking outside the front of hospital.

I'd love to see this community woodland becoming reality - and it's so close to Bath 🙌

This project is very important for restoring unique habitats that support struggling wildlife and sequestering carbon dioxide.

Please contribute if you are able to 🙏

Thank goodness! Won't be an easy task but about time Bristol started address a tiny element of the domination cars have on our public space #pavements4people
🆕 5 years ago, Council transport policy noted #Bristol needed a parking strategy. Under Mayor Rees and Labour, this didn't happen.

This week, the transport policy committee, will start work towards a “modern and holistic parking and kerbside strategy”💥

Could we get a bit of this in Bristol please? @bristolgreenparty.bsky.social
Good on Swindon.

Space for pedestrians is limited in many areas and pavement parking sees more of our public realm dominated by vehicles. For some it’s a nuisance but for many it makes getting around their neighbourhood safely impossible.

Where’s next?
