The billionaires bought themselves a president and when they dismantle the Department of Education and "give control back to the States", that's code for keeping the population dumbed down --makes them easier to control.

It doesn't help that the US has an 8th grade reading level. That coupled with the control of the media which leans right, keeps the blinders on.
