I have an unusual fascination by movie-tie in games and how they're created. I intend to celebrate them all. I play on real hardware with real discs, none of that emulation stuff (great for preservation though).

The results are in! We'll be checking out Æon Flux first, which I'm keen to check out as I've never played or seen footage of the game before. (I have vague recollections of the movie and series it's based on)

Tune into the stream tomorrow (19/11/2025 @ 5pm GMT+10): www.youtube.com/live/WO3DMcO...

Bonus Round! Grabbed some Wii games, too. HAWX 2 isn't a tie-in game (neither is Disaster), but I had no idea it even had a Wii release, so I grabbed it out of curiosity.

Life may have gotten in the way a bit of my ability to stream the past few weeks, but I've not been entirely idle either. Figured I'd show off some acquisitions I've made during my break.

With about a month to kill until the next 20th Anniversary, it's time to decide the next game I cover. The choices are down to Piglet's Big Game (2003), and The Thing (2002)...

Believe it or not, but I am still alive, I even have quite the backlog of games to catalogue for my collection. I should be back to streaming from next week as we do have a 20th anniversary for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory to celebrate.

Made a few purchases today, those that have been following my backlog may recognise them...

I'm keen to give Constantine and Van Helsing a first-time watch so I can write up a comparison to the games.

With the 20th Anniversary of Revenge of the Sith coming up, I'm playing through some games based around Attack of the Clones. Last week we finished SW Bounty Hunter (2002). Today I'm starting Jedi Starfighter, so pop in for a chat about the yesteryear of Star Wars games: youtube.com/live/B6zmaUl...

20 Years ago the movie tie-in for Constantine (2005) released on Playstation 2, Xbox, and Windows. It was developed by Bits Studios. It was met with mixed to average reviews, and it would be Bit Studios second last release before their parent company sold all its assets and technology in 2008.

Excited to finally add @pixelsandpolygons.net's 32 Bit Library books to my collection. My focus is on PS2 games but I still have a great fondness for the earlier console, and in future intend to expand my PS1 collection. No doubt diving into these will inspire me to do so sooner rather than later.

I had entirely forgotten the film even existed until I found the game (which I also didn't know existed). It's in good enough condition, just need to remove stickers and give it a quick clean up.

Released in Jan 2009, it was developed by FarSight Studios, and published by 505 Games.
