My thought is they’re sort of a traveling warrior-princet trying to secure resources and information for their own little tribe of Loporrit/Hummingways who have moved to the Blue Planet. They’re also unusually large for their species (but still smaller than an adult human).

Made a Final Fantasy Cid tier list
They're not in the tier list template I used but Otto Cid Bekenstein from Final Fantasy Mystic Quest and Dr. Sid from Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within both go in the basic "Cid" tier. Every other Cid goes in the "unranked" tier at the bottom.

Here's its base stats, which are actually the first bit of actual data for Qileon I came up with. My number one priority was non-redundancy with official Eeveelutions, so it's a bit wonky, but I hope Serene Grace and a versatile moveset makes up for that.
