Fighting internet fuckwittery on a daily basis.

couldn't give a fuck what you think! 😏

neither tolerant, nor on the left 🙄

The ridiculous will be ridiculed
Additionally, decrying nuclear "science" as not real, but calling it nuclear "engineering" is hilarious. Using that terminology we'd could say "climate engineering", instead of "climate science", which is something else completely, and would have the same people up in arms 🤦‍♂️🤣

I do love Misery Business, but crushcrushcrush earns an honourable mention 🙂

Judas Priest? (only lead singer Rob I know if the top of my head 😂 and only because of the track he did with Skid Row - think it was a b-side on the Youth Gone Wild CD single that I owned)

Would have guessed W.A.S.P. with Crimson Idol, but that was '92

Could you try that again in English? Maybe a little punctuation? 🤨

Taking the general theme of your analogy, at best the cookie is evidence of a baker, but it offers no evidence of who the baker is. But, as has been pointed out, using something known to be created as a comparison is fallacious.

Now, I'm not saying they are cool, or anything, but I see room for them in a secular celebration of the winter holiday, whatever you choose to call it.

I'm going to disagree, somewhat 🙂 we use advent calendars as a countdown to christmas (my favourite secular holiday 😉). And I know what advent is 👍🏻 my kids' calendars have no religious imagery, in fact, one's not even a calendar, just a regular box of 24 chocolates.

A non-interventionist god/creator makes way more sense than the gods of any of the major religions. It's where, for me, the argument that "we must have been created, so my religion is the one true religion" falls down.

But, by the same definition, one cannot say for certain that they *do* exist.

I would also say, however, that, on the balance of probability, no gods exist 🙂

I would describe myself as an agnostic atheist. I do not believe in gods, but I cannot say for certain they do not exist. All gods, to the best of my knowledge, are defined in terms that are unfalsifiable. On that basis, one cannot say for certain they do not exist.

*any of them 🤦‍♂️

Ah yes, the trusty "no true Scotsman" fallacy 😂

And, just to reiterate, atheists no more believe in demons than they do in gods 😉
