I complained to a supplier about Evri, and I have had a “Free upgrade” to DPD. I doubt that will be much better in my experience.

I seldom leave a bad review. I’d far rather say something whilst I’m at the establishment if something isn’t right. If it’s corrected then I’m satisfied, but I don’t feel the need to share that publicly.

Not if you don’t want to lift all three. I normally just leave them on the hob when cooking and seldom find the need to manhandle when in use.

Have you considered joining a union? I was experiencing some hassle at work and I made the decision to join one. It wasn’t long before I needed to call on them for their support.
