Have a go at drinking beetroot juice for the blood pressure. Found it helped a bit. Cholesterol benefits from porridge and oatey type shite. Had a massive heart attack a few years back which I'm only recovering from now so take it from me get the cholesterol and BP in check

I doubt they're as much of a fiscal burden as the Royal family as ineffective or retired politicians (who get a ridiculous pension). While people are focusing on these poor individuals the rich are fleecing society and creating indentured slaves at a level never seen before.

Looking good. Charcoal is great fun to use. I love using a bit of white charcoal or Conté (if I can buy it) as a highlight with it. Makes me feel like I'm dry brushing
