UPS plane crash here in Louisville is crazy stuff! No idea how much damage to surrounding neighborhoods or how many have been injured. Just happened right before sunset so they’re trying to assess in the dark. Feelin some 911 aftermath vibes for sure.

I know there have been many predictions that it will get better but it will get worse before it does but this is dipping into terrifying.

Haven’t been able to watch baseball for a couple years thanks to how expensive it is to stream any sport. All Star game on broadcast tv gives me a game to watch. Is live mics on active players a regular thing in baseball now? I do not love this

Everybody should have exactly the wedding they dream of. If your resources allow for over the top extravagance & that’s what you want, more power to ya! I just wish the media wouldn’t gush over such things. Makes it seem pretty gross to us mere mortals

I’ve often referred to men driving large, very loud vehicles as having “small dick syndrome “ & as this time of year rolls around I can include those who set off fireworks before/after 7/4. Some even ON 7/4

Somehow I have a 1 year subscription to Essence magazine. No idea how/why but I am getting them. 100% NOT their audience but I’m not gonna contest it. Tho I can’t relate to living as a black person in the US I’ll still read it. Older white lady reading about life from that perspective can’t be bad

There’s somebody in an adjacent neighborhood who regularly sets off what sounds like cannon blasts. Totally profiling here but I bet it’s a middle aged white dude who’s about 5’5” (or less) 120 lbs and needs to feel bigger for some reason.
