Also in SQL assertions, you cannot have nested ALL-SATISFY, only at top-level.

I read "statistics" as "patterns".
If there's dominant query-pattern now that joins data of T1+T2, then having T1+T2 data denormalized into 1 table, helps that pattern. But in-time this pattern may become irrelevant, and other patterns become dominant.
Fully normalized = neutral wrt query patterns.
