These children have been wounded in ways that will haunt them and their communities for decades to come. Beyond what happened to their poor teacher (now preschool teachers are the worst of the worst???), this is horrific.

I'm not sure about that. Most of his die-hard base are very conspiracy focused. If they think he is working to prevent them from knowing the truth, the dynamic changes.

If we had politicians who were willing to sign a promise to put forth a Constitutional Amendment to take money out of politics, they would be wildly popular as a group at the polls.
Shaheen's Amendment is a good path - but this needs to be a much louder campaign the people know about.

I think it is very important that we use words like "fear" and "panic" about the continued Trump efforts to prevent whatever is in the Epstein files from coming out. Those are words his base understands - and they are obvious just in looking at him when the subject comes up and he lashes out.

This is true - and that means starting to talk to people openly about showing up to vote no matter what. If they try to scare us with military or poll watchers - we show up in bigger numbers. Our strength is our numbers.

It is working legally - but I don't think it is working with his base this time. I could be wrong, but I think he is losing chunks of it with every obvious stalling tactic.

I'm shocked, said no one. The only documents we are going to see while Trump is in office will point to Democrats and they will be leaked as slowly as possible.

1) The prospect (or illusion) of someone really rich liking him and giving him money.
2) The suggestion that the guy with the kompromat on him might do something to help him (in this case his name is Charlie Brown)
