On a lighter note, Ned is doing really well after his urinary blockage episode! He's got a recheck appointment on the 13th and he's been doing great on his new food. He's mostly back to his normal self with the exception of being slightly more chill with some daily anxiety meds. 💙

My letter that I sent to my senators. I had one typo in there, but my message should still get across. I'm doing my best in every way I can find. I haven't been this involved in politics in a while, and that in itself was a mistake. But I'm fighting now, and I'll keep fighting in any way I can. 💪

Updated pic of Ned... He's been home for a full 24 hours now and we're still getting used to some changes at home. He's on a few mild sedatives for the next couple days, so it kind of seems like he hasn't been on planet earth for a bit... 😬

Good news! Ned update! He's eating and drinking well, they're going to pull his urinary AND I.V. catheter, then give him some meds overnight. They want to discharge in the morning! My baby is coming home in the a.m.! 💙 Crappy pic, but he had a rainbow on his whiskers 🥰

Nedders update: he was sedated and had a urinary catheter placed. It went well and he didn't seem to have any more obstructions. He's very anxious, but still doing well. All blood work came back a-okay, particularly kidney values which are a concern when a cat gets blocked/backed up. I miss my boy.😞

My sweet kitty, Ned, had a urinary blockage and I have to leave him at the hospital for a couple days. Afterward he'll be on a new diet among other things and he'll be okay, but good god this is literally killing me. 😭
