The ones I'm making atm are not really rug size but we call them rugs anyway, lol.
I made this one as a present for my aunt.
A circular rug with a pattern of a large poinsettia plant. A light tan background, sets of green leaves, then four sets of red petals getting smaller towards the centre of the rug, and in the centre some yellow for the pollen.

I admit I bought the cake and the penguins, but the perfect icing is all my own work.
A Christmas cake sitting on a plate on worktop. The icing has run down off the cake onto the plate, but there is still plenty of icing on the cake itself. There are six fun penguins on top of the cake. The one in the centre is lying down as if sliding along ice. Clockwise from the top and running around the edges, one penguin is standing up with its flippers held out to its sides, the next one is sitting down with its flippers across its belly, the one after that is standing and leaning slightly backwards, the next has its back to the camera but appears to be sitting down and the last penguin is sitting down with its flippers held up against its head. They are cartoony penguins rather than realistic ones, with black heads, bodies and flippers, white bellies, and orange feet and noses.

Last year:
A row of Christmas decorations in the form of ceramic buildings, sitting on pretend snow. Nearest to us is the Blacksmiths, with its open fire, then a row of Shoppes, then it gets harder to tell what the buildings are, except for the grey church with its tall Norman tower. There are also trees and figures.

A new addition to the Christmas village: The Tudor Rose Inn.
A Christmas decoration in the form of a ceramic building, an old-style British inn with a yellow roof, patches of snow on the roof, brick walls and a green door set below green-painted Tudor-style beams. A sign sticks out saying TUDOR ROSE around two red and green circles intended to represent the rose. There are steps up to the door and the base of the building is surrounded by snow. The roof over the door is tile but the main roof is thatched.
