I’ve had a therapist recoil in horror at something I have shared - if that is an indication of what I’d do in these circumstances, the answer is much crying and then avoiding therapy for 5+ years 🙃

Yep - diagnosed at 45 and it is now very obvious to me it’s something that has impacted my whole life.

Small steps, spread them apart so you have time in between to recover, stick to safe/familiar spaces and/or people. Expect it to be slow and to regress a few times and just allow curiousity and little moments of joy to inspire you. 🖤

I think he is more concerned with living forever and keeping erections. It’s definitely giving god complex and not an actual attempt to live a happy, thriving life. I tried the documentary but got the ick almost immediately.
