Reading some comments about how our military defeated the Nazis just reminded me of an old memory, my Father watching the civil rights protests and groaning " Sometimes I tihnk we should've just let Hitler have the whole thing", Yes, he was a WW2 vet and part of "The Great Generation" (what a laugh)
