Tonight's dinner was chicken, mushroom, and the last of my wild garlic pesto. Topped with a mashed potato, and a cheese crust. Turned out better than I expected. 🍽️👩🍳🍽️

Day 2, was stuffed chicken breast. The stuffing was a red pesto and ricotta. I made a little cream with what was left over, by adding cream and heating on the hob. Served with cauliflower cheese! 😋 🍽️👩🍳🍽️

Autumn foraging!! Sloes, blackberries and rosehips. Made a rosehip ketchup (in the jar) and sloe and blackberry cordial (in saucepan)!! 🍜🍽️
