Continued work on the art for the new world this week. It's gonna be Toxic Tavern, a pub of pollutants where the Bizbots like to spend time getting oil and chemical drinks. Hope I can get to a satisfying place with its look soon. #screenshotsaturday

Finished this level this week! All decorated and filled with collectibles. Even got some fantastic music from one of our composers Jon. Happy with how this turned out.

More or less took this week off of Dribble to recoup after the Chicago showcase, so not a lot of progress to show; just a few small things here and there. I did take the time, however, to animate the logo in a fun way. #screenshotsaturday

For those wondering, showing Dribble Bounces Back at C.I.G.S. went well yesterday! Lots of people got to play, and everyone seemed to really enjoy it! To all who played and said such kind words: thank you so much!

Big news! I realized it's gonna become important to have a better logo for future public events, so I hired @afroog.bsky.social to give the game's logo a revamp, and they knocked it out of the park! Here's both their HD version and a pixel-art version rendition by me.

Also, I'll be preoccupied at the Chicago Indie Game Showcase next weekend, so don't expect a gameplay update. Maybe some pics from the showcase instead.

Finally got around to something I've been putting off for a while: level timers. Now there's a goal time to beat to encourage speedrunning. Also finishes filling up the level end screen.

Finished the set piece for the level. What is it? Well, not to hype it up (it's actually pretty simple) but I got to keep some things a surprise for when people play. So for today just gonna share the end hoop section. Should finish decorating the level by the end of the month.

So not a whole lot done this week, but I have made decent progress on the layout for the first level of the Jacu-Sea. Gonna post a bit of that here. Hoping I can speed up my productivity in the coming week and get this level done faster.

This week I got these scuba Bizbots made. Basically function like the flying Bizbots but underwater, meaning I can design whatever path I want them to follow. Wish I could've gotten more done, but the underwater explosion took time to figure out. #screenshotsaturday
