Ghost in my Head was the first time my lyrics were completely open and vulnerable about something very personal, the aftermath of the sudden loss of a close friend.

I wrote “You Can Come Home” after learning about a friends suicide. It’s a mix of memories and what I wish I said. The studio version was released on City and Sand with awesome musicians backing me up, but this raw version works for the song I think.
