Full-time single dad to an amazing teenage daughter. Retired detective, who now works in education. Left-wing and proud supporter of human and animal life. Fascists, entitled, selfish, wealthy leeches and MSM are not welcome. 🙏 👍🏻
I was absolutely appalled at his conduct (and am rarely surprised by his lack of etiquette in anything these days). If I behaved like that in any job I've had, I would've been sacked and rightly so. Why is he still occupying such high office? Is the system so broken that he cannot be removed?

I remember working a late shift and hearing comments about the government considering a "Herd immunity" strategy, and I commented to colleagues this would kill a lot of people very quickly: the government must have known that too. Glad they reconsidered on advice, albeit a bit late for too many.

In my opinion, she's far from a genuine or decent person. She's using this situation to her own advantage, so it's okay to use her for yours. She can still be held to account later: her past behaviour is well documented. The enemy of my enemy is my friend....or at least a temporarily useful idiot 🤷‍♂️

The f**king 'Telegraph'. A source of propaganda likely intended to protect the interests of the wealthy by hoodwinking a small proportion of subservient fools. The 70's and 80's were sh*t for the poor. I remember it well.

If any of those he named were involved, they should be 100% held to account. That does not distract from his potential involvement. If he's involved he should also be 100% held to account. Release the files. Unedited. Accurate. In full. He's POTUS. If he's involved, US citizens need to know. Now.

Listening to her makes me sick. It reminds me of conversations I'd have with my narcissist ex: I'd ask why the bank account had been emptied, and she'd respond with a diversion on why I hadn't repaired some cracks in the wall. That would end the discussion, and she'd walk away. Feels the same.

That corrupt sack of mango coloured sh*t with straw glued on top isn't giving anyone 10 grand. I'm so sick of him and his Temu A-Team sycophants.

If they're currently unpaid, then there's no work to go back to. Why would they bail that piece of sh*t out of a problem of his own making?

Labour's deliverable promises will let voters down! There needs to be support for the ordinary people in the UK. Fair wages, NHS support, and infrastructure funding. We need to reintegrate with the EU. We need sustainable jobs. We have to start protecting our environment. This is all achievable.

Whilst I don't want to distract from the seriousness of the event, this image is a perfect metaphor for the state of the US as a country overseen by the very person responsible for it, literally and metaphorically. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Really? He gives medical advice to hundreds of millions of Americans but runs when a colleague collapses. The guy's a fraud, and so are you for defending him. A natural, human reaction to this is to offer immediate help. His instinct was to run. A government of cowards. F**k the republican party.

She's exactly who she's always been. No change. In my opinion, she's just spotted something she can exploit for her own benefit and is manipulating everyone to make it work for her. I lived with a narcissist for 10 years. I know what I see, and she hasn't had an epiphany. Be cautious. Use your head!

Every day they're in power, they get richer. The government shutdown just gives them more time to grift. I don't imagine they care about criticism, insults, reality-checks, or anything else. They'll just continue lying without consequence. They're getting paid, and everyone else is paying for it.

To be fair, I don't really care if he's trolling that orange sack of diseased sh*t. It's more than he deserves. It's a bonus that he's doing it with facts.

"Can WE afford it?" FFS....she probably means can YOU afford it! I doubt any tory will want to contribute to the well-being of society by paying a bit extra.

This teaching leader is 100% right, and it's not the fault of the kids. It's this stinking country and over a decade of corrupt governance.

100% correct. Brexit was a transparent exercise in manipulation, and a few fell for it; too many ignored the significance. Critical thinking is in short supply, but I think people are wising up. The younger generation might just correct the course.

I used a spoon and a screwdriver to carve the face. We'd thread string through the top and stick a candle in and carry it round, doing 'Penny for Halloween' with coal dust smeared on our faces and manky blisters on our hands......this now sounds like a Monty Python sketch 😂

I'm genuinely not interested in anything he has to say because it's invariably incoherent, dishonest bollocks...oh, and I hate his voice. I really hate it. I am, however, happy to watch him deteriorate in every appearance. I know that's not very Christian of me, but I'm confident I'll be forgiven 🙏.
November 1, 2025 at 10:30 AM
You're correct, of course. I was attempting to be balanced, but people are so easily manipulated by headlines and soundbites. They rarely consider HOW a question is asked and WHAT their reply may mean in a biased forum. A lot of people don't think. They still believe in the goodness of governance.
November 1, 2025 at 10:11 AM
It's worth considering that polling is unwittingly or otherwise a form of manipulation. Positive polls for any party probably increase supporters: a lot of people view political parties like a consequence-free contest, and a proportion of people will want to be on the winning team. Use your heads!

Ha! I was describing having to do this at 🎃 when I was a kid, because there were no pumpkins in the UK then. She didn’t get it and will never understand how hard it was to carve these out. I remember the blister you'd get in the middle of your palm. Kudos to you for resurrecting this torture!
