Sliding seamlessly into cranky old man phase of life
Equipment failures, late trains, windows you can’t even see through, and we’re supposed to believe the strike is the workers’ fault?

So, I guess we’re the bad guys now…

Why is nobody talking about Elon Musk’s axe to grind with the government of South Africa, and how destroying USAID would dismantle PEPFAR, which provides medicine and support to over 5 million people living with HIV? He’s going to let people die to punish South Africa’s politicians.

Trying to access U.S. government data from HHS, the Medical Expenditure Panel Survey (MEPS), and it seems to be gone.

Using the #Venturo my son got me for a Venturo Limoncello spritz 2 oz each of the two liqueurs, finish with club soda. And now I don’t have to go through an entire bottle of Prosecco each time I want a spritz!
January 25, 2025 at 9:26 PM
When I was in Rome this past fall, my wife and I enjoyed a spritz made with a newly introduced liqueur called #Venturo. Sadly it’s not available in the U.S. My son imported some for me as a Christmas present and it arrived today!

Congrats House Republicans! You managed to stop funding for pediatric cancer research! That’s your trophy, the biggest spending you cut out of the original CR. You can go back to your district and tell folks you stood up to kids in chemo and boldly said “No more!”
