Lawyering plus some politics and nature.
Oh no, Sean. I lost my 14 yo spaniel a week or two back and it's bloody heartbreaking. Canine condolences.

It's such a good book. And a refreshing change from the rather earnest tone of much current nature writing.

It's an iconic spot. Nowhere near your standard of photography but I snapped this one of an alien spacecraft about to land on Cat Bells.

Look how she pivoted to becoming an ardent Brexiteer, when she initially supported Romaine.

Can I have 2?

Are you sure? We have a GSW that is a regular visitor to our garden but I have never seen a LSW here. And there’s a lot of drumming at this time of year.

I disagree it is very rare. I think my highest was 80%. A lot of ATE insurers won't cover unless prospects are stated to be over 60%

Thanks. That makes sense. We have a lovely greater spotted that is a regular drummer on a Hawthorn but never seen the Green in a tree. They’re a lovely big bird.

Do they peck wood? We have one visit our garden regularly and it works its way round the gaps in the patio (for ants, presumably).

Yes! There were so many clever touches (the toilet light cord) weren’t there?

I saw it on Saturday. Gwyneth Keyworth’s Viola/Cesario was also excellent but it was the staging that made it. The use of the organ was inspired.

I saw Mike speak on his recent excavations in the Preselis and on this topic in Pembs this summer. His evidence went way beyond the altar stone. As a non expert, I found it quite persuasive.

Claim Form problems are for life, not just for Christmas.
December 6, 2024 at 12:20 PM
I have a "last known residence" reserved judgment that will be delivered in January, for those who can wait. The issue is whether there is a duty on a claimant to make (reasonable) inquiries before serving a Claim Form.
