Hurricane Melissa remains a powerful category 5 storm with winds of 175 mph. Storm will bring extreme impacts to Jamaica on Tuesday, then the eastern side of Cuba late Tuesday night into Wednesday. Rain along the track will produce 15-25 inch totals, with the risk of mudslides.
