In the same vein, I do a lot of thinking about our social contract between the generations. Unwittingly, we've chosen to pay for our elder's retirements via high housing prices. There's got to be a better way to do that, and I have some ideas.

As a millennial renter in a ridiculously expensive city, I have some rather pointed thoughts about housing policy. I was born and raised in a nice old house in Toronto - a place I'm more than willing to sacrifice for some affordable apartments.
