Today is Remembrance Day. My father was an air force pilot. Flew cargo planes for reconnaissance/rescue missions in 2 wars. Dad taught me discipline, respect for others.Think of him always when i see flypasts. Thanks Dad for your courage and to all who fought against tyranny/fascism. Lest we forget.

waking up to snowy wonderland …slowly surfacing feeling human. no coughing 👍🏼 going to park Pluribus til there’s enough episodes to binge. appt viewing is torture for me when the story is so good. taking another rest day in bed catch up on reading. have an awesome start to your week xo be kind

ugh. not a good sleep woke up at 5 am all stuffed up. bad head cold. it’s a stay in bed sunday. started netflix Pluribus last night. it’s really good may binge this one. it’s still dark so going back to sleep. have an awesome start to sunday gorgeous bloomfs xo

new psoriasis treatment selfadmin one shot. i was born this way red plaque on each shin. auto immune disease when flared 80% my body covered in plaques awkward in locker/bed rooms. best dermatologist care all my life. done tar, UVA UVB, pills, ointments. under control now thx to medical research 👍🏼❤️

one of the instructors at the aerobics studio where hubs and i taught made workout clothes and used the instructors as models for her annual line. that’s me jumping in one her shoots for her catalog. don’t think i can repeat that jump now 😂

goodies from the purge. tried modelling in 1985 for couple of years. things casting said: too short you’ll never do runway, not into asians, you have psoriasis … words stung so learn from all experiences per my work mantra and went into aerobics. and that way more fun and fulfilling

morning .. 7 hours yesterday purging, cleaning. proud of myself 3 boxes paper recycling. 1 full garbage bag. found shopping bags from places we visited and work journals dating back to 1984 🙄 other goodies too. hubs just getting better. will move to our bed on wkend. have a fab you day. be kind xo
