Made this the other night and it’s absolutely delicious. I made sure to char the cabbage like she says and got a good smoked ham hock for the meat. Highly recommended!

DS9’s “Far Beyond the Stars” is one of the best Star Trek episodes ever. Incredible storytelling, acting, and a message that most episodes address allegorically and not directly.

If you’ve got Hulu, I highly, highly recommend Interior Chinatown. Great writing, great mystery, great acting (especially by Jimmy O. Yang) and a great story. One of the best shows I’ve seen in a while.
