While not all mandated it, every paper I have worked at in my career -- The Bellingham Herald, Idaho Statesman, The Plain Dealer, The Seattle Times and San Diego Union-Tribune -- all had similar situations. IIRC, the paper where I interned fired an employee for taking free copies in the newsroom.

I had too many awkward takes that were printed for the entire campus to see. 🤦🏻 … And, sure, an occasional #sportsdesign sighting ‘round these parts would be fun. Maybe Boudet will show up eventually.
