Not only is the event of Charlie Kirk's assassination in itself horrible and yet another episode of political violence in the US, but the shooter successfully getting away will encourage more violence. I have no confidence in Patel's FBI getting the job done.

Feels like one of the worst things you can do is shut down social media when facing unrest. You're taking their crack pipes away and now act shocked when more of them come to shank you.

I lost my voice after a few hours of constant presentations of my high school science project. I can't imagine doing what Cory Booker is doing

Let this be a lesson to everyone to the Felon's true allegiance. Not to America and her allies, but to foreign autocracies who seek and will cheer at America's weakening and destruction.

One of the things I find weird about people making portraits of characters is the need to flip the canvas, because then they reveal how not symmetrical / weird their faces are. But that's like... normal? At least, that's how I've always felt when it happens to me with a camera.

I wonder if at the DNC they ever asked this question: "How do we easily reach the common moron?"

The more resources they divert from counter-terrorism units and the more they fire competent leaders and bureaucrats, the more at-risk the President and his cabinet will be.

Atonement really is a beefy book, sheesh. I'll make a lot of headway on the plane

The optimist in me says that the Republicans are setting up Donald and co. to die alone if there's ever any serious pushback. Are they complicic by allowing him to do as he pleases? Yes. Are they supporting his actions by passing laws that cement his rule and Project 2025? No. At least, not yet.

Every time The Authentic Observer posts a video I can treat myself to watch one of the most beautiful women on Earth talk for a few hours. It's like a lil' sweet for me, except it's a Carlota de Limón and I'm going to die of diabetes

Considering how a last name can easily get you into an Ivy League college I would be worried about any future "professional" who graduates from there

GREAT COMRADE KENNEDY ROBERT HAS TAKEN THE CAUSE OF MAOISM AND WILL SOON TRAIN EVERY SINGLE PERSON WITH ADHD AND DEPRESSION TO FARM THE VAST EXPANSES OF THE GREAT PLAINS. HIGH EGG PRICES WILL BE A THING OF THE PAST, AS THESE DECADENT URBANITES WILL FEED THEIR NATION AS THEY SHOULD

"LGBTQ Rights or Economic Stability?" they asked several months ago, not knowing that in the next year, you would not get both.

History has proven the Master Debater right.

Maybe I should set up a propaganda machine for the Latino demographic. Memes and podcasts basically. Wish I had the social prowess for it, though. I should maybe look into partnering with others for it.

We all want justice. We all want hope. Right now, there's a desperate lack of it, as it feels. Like we're in the thick of it and can't see a way out. The optimist and pessimist in me are at war, right now and I want to put my bet on the optimist because it keeps me sane.

The Felon's government will not be hawkish of China, that was a remnant of the GOP from its pre-2016 position. With Musk's position as the devil in his shoulder who has real command, they will appease as much as possible, because they scratch his back.

I really do hope that the media machine at the DNC starts up soon. It's supposed to take a few months before the whole internal structure is set and the first ads pop out (apparently), but the waiting is excruciating

I wonder if in the future people will look on in fascination at movies like Scarface and others set in Miami, before it is destroyed by rising sea levels.

God damn it this will be a long year before we get close to the next round of Senate elections.

Don't be mistaken to think that this is just a rogue presidency. An entire political party, controlling just more than half of the government, has turned traitor. Republicans in Congress have the power to rein in the President, and they don't. Two of the branches have failed, but not the Judiciary.

Our world is an absurd world, one in which anything can be done for any reason. There's no greater purpose, or a single line of continuity that determines where everything will go. Anything is possible. Question is, are you willing to make those decisions that will shape this world and our future?

A part of me wants to give them the benefit of the doubt. That, in fact, they were sincere, and that they thought they were the best option to counter the rise of autocracy in the United States and the ethnic cleansing of the Palestinians.

The other part, however, says that they were all in on it.
Jill Stein’s campaign manager just admitted what anyone with half a brain knew all along—their real mission was to help elect Donald Trump.
