Didn’t allow me to break and then rebuild myself from the broken pieces, I know now it wasn’t intentional. They like me knew I was strong enough to carry it. But hearing a therapist tell me it was ok for me to apart. Was when growth and healing happened. I’m a work in progress. I’m grateful for it.
