Reviews are pouring in! Firstly, my niece did the drawing on the cover so that's not the burn you think it is. Secondly, I'm 44, ease up on the "gramps" stuff. Thirdly, telling a musician they suck is redundant. I say it every day and since the album released this weekend, I've done two remixes.

I've never wanted a band t-shirt more in my life.

My media server scans my entire record collection and tells me which albums are sonically similar. Can you guess, from this selection, what the source album is? I'd be amazed if anyone got it mostly because of the most similar album.

This is more like it.

New logo for my record label as I get closer to some new releases. I didn't realize as I was making it that it vaguely looks like a baseball. There was a time I would have really capitalized on that but now it'll just be a reminder of something I used to love.

While you're staying in a haunted hotel I'm baking in the sun listening to Mariachi music down the highway from you.

Today's estate sale haul. They had a ton of #Beatles that my collection is missing but it was either over priced or already claimed. The Nilsson album was a rare departure from my strict collecting rules (only Beatles/solo, Kinks, and r&b 45s) but it's a classic record.

I'm convinced that my son (5) thinks the Switch is voice controlled. I've never heard anyone provide as much game-time commentary whilst playing Mario in my life.

In my continuing quest to listen to my entire music collection, I recently listened to Eyes Wide Tongue Tied by The Fratellis, one of my favorite bands.

The first of many #Beatles related videos in this series is here and it just happens to be a review of their first album.

Today's album is Tower of Power's self-titled release. What is Hip, You Got to Funkifize, So Very Hard to Go -- this album is stacked with classics.

Today's album is East Side Story by Squeeze.

As a part of my attempt to reacquaint myself with my own music collection, I listened to The Moon Is In The Wrong Place by Shannon and the Clams.

As a part of my attempt to reacquaint myself with my own music collection, I listened to Whatever and Ever Amen by Ben Folds Five.

I'm getting reacquainted with my music collection one album at a time. Today was Deceptive Bends by 10cc.

Oh no! Are they going to be ok? Should we organize a GoFundMe or something?

Rest in peace Miss Yvonne.

Was there a second Babe Ruth I wasn't aware of who was also in the HoF? This Baseball Hall of Fame expert really said a lot of dumb stuff in one post.

There's also the issue of his number. He played just 27 games with that number before switching to 21 in the 1993 season. McGwire only homered in 4 of those games and Sierra wasn't on base for any of them.

To better illustrate their height difference.

Last week's music scrobbles. I have a playlist of songs I haven't listened to in a month which has been my focus recently but this week I broke away from it a bit. The other picture is my most listened to albums in the first month of tracking my music listening.

I don't know what I was thinking. It saved, like, a buck and a half but it'll be an entire weekend of "what if".

Harrison and I did a 3D VR "ride" today at the zoo. He was having a good time until the gorilla reached out to touch him.

I used to go to the one in Hayward by the airport for many a birthday party. They had what, at the time, I believed to be a 15 foot tall dog or bear dressed like Elvis that will just randomly pop into my memory. This was true nightmare fuel. (Spot little T with a gorgeous head of hair)
