Inevitably, the contract managers will become part of the civil service. Political interference is then a huge problem, as with HS2.

Yes, I listened yesterday to the third programme in the excellent Three Ages of Child. The striking comment was the deep impact austerity, and poverty, had on the development of children. UK kids have become shorter because they were hungry. Shameful. #r4today
