As a Phils fan I have the luxury of my team having a deep pockets owner who has spent money. Although not wisely. The ability to spend big bucks is in most cases the difference in making the playoffs or not. MLB desperately needs not only a cap but a floor to force cheap owners to spend.

Phils have a lot of needs. 1 or 2 arms for the pen. If they aren't bringing up Crawford then they need to find an everyday CF. LF is a platoon of underachievers. The 3rd starter, which is very important in the playoffs, is a question mark. Can't fill all of those holes at once.
