Sometimes when I get to thinking too much I think about all these writings that accidentally survived for thousands of years, and the fact that almost nothing we record ourselves on today is durable

We need a better term for "that specific version of that dish that I want", because sometimes what I'm jonesing for is complete trash, from a traditional or food purity perspective
