If you're open to suggestions, try breathing in for 4 seconds, hold your breathe for another 4, then exhaling for a final 4 seconds. Then repeat until you feel more at ease. I'm sorry you're feeling on edge and hope you feel better. I'm excited to see what you'll do regardless of what anxiety says!

I really appreciate this answer, I feel like my art is bad because I usually only put like 2 hours into my work. It's nice to know the intense detail in other art is from another aspect I wasn't considering (I know comparison no good but it's hard not to you know?)
