Did you notice? Trump installed a tariff of minimum 10% to every country. Often more.

Here's the truth, I think:
Trump can't budge Putin's position. So he makes up that Ukraine doesn't want to work so he has a delay to come up with a trick.
After all, he would have stopped the war in 24 hours. The question is when those 24 hours start.
