JFE turnaround stats for the last 6 months. We are so much faster than the other journals. There's the occasional errant referee, but overall, we are really fast. We give the referees 28 days, and the editors do not leave the papers on their desks for weeks and months.

It's a shame that 90s style weird pizzas are so out of vogue because this one is SPECTACULAR. Pears, walnuts, blue cheese, olive oil drizzle, sage, salami (or prosciutto), and mozzarella. Before and after. SO GOOD.

Mood! First day working in my new office. High ceilings, pretty view, weird brick wall, a "back room" for all of my books, a computer, monitors. Working at home has its advantages, but it's nice to have an office!!
