Hi Friends. I'm new here on BlueSky. I got kicked out of Facebook, and I miss it. In particular, I had friends on Facebook who were talking about things other than politics. I want to connect with those friends and make new ones here. What have you done so far this weekend that felt great?
Anybody here working on being personally more embodied? I want to tell you about listening partnerships, and how they help us connect with long-repressed emotions. I've been learning to share more of myself, and it's really pretty life altering. So grateful to Emily Waymire. Check her out.
