I discovered an egg outside my restroom window. I suspect it’s a pigeon egg, but it has been left unattended for some time. I’m curious whether it will still hatch. Does anyone with more experience know if the egg still has a chance of hatching after being left unattended?

I recently visited Mineral del Chico Park in Mexico, and it was incredible. Mexico needs more natural protected areas to preserve its incredible beauty.
