There was until now a separation of power, as it should of been. The DOJ then should of worked faster. The DOJ now is just corrupt.

Dems are not responsible for this. Except the DOJ taken their time bringing his cases to court. Not Biden or his administration, they stayed out of it as they should! The Supreme Court and judge Cannon did the rest of the damage.
