This is nonessential. Diversity describes the U.S. population, equity is simple fairness in hiring based on merit (not connections) and inclusion is simply about opening doors of opportunity that were once closed.

Opens the door to return to cronyism and blatant discrimination. It’s not about merit; it’s about white male supremacy. What they lack in competence they make up for it with cruelty.

They hate it because it disrupts their system of cronyism where they hire their friends no matter their qualifications and they are allowed to continually fail upward.

Maybe we should be calling Republican senators to tell them to vote “no” because this is a ridiculous bill that is dangerous to the economy and will ruin innocent lives.
