my oc seif as a hk bug. sorry i lied hes not an npc but you can imagine he's a doctor that removes silk from the living and dead to immunize them from the haunting and prevent husks from being puppeteered. hes 1/4th weaver and the rest moth which is why hes taller he carries on the gravekeeping traditions of the moths via being mortician and doctor and organizing rites for those denied them by the citadel was experimented on in whiteward for a time which unlocked latent silk-generation within his shell. the whiteward fit is a disguise in current day when infiltrating the citadel to bring back the bodies of others' loved ones if you finish his questline he gives you something. i havent figured out what yet but it would be so swag

But with no parcel of food to appease their appetite, the beast and girl would be locked in stalemate until either they gave up or she ceased ignoring them—and the beast was hungry… They pressed closer, bringing their heat just beyond her shoulder. “If you are lost, I can help you,” they whispered with a deep sincerity. “Just give the word and you will have my aid.” A few breaths of tense silence stretched between them before a soft voice finally met their ear. “I am lost,” she replied, delivered in a calm and collected manner, eyes remaining locked on the mossy earth. The beast smiled wide. “And how far is home?” they sweetly asked, letting concern ooze. “I haven’t a clue,” she muttered with a shrug. “My companions knew the way, but they went on without me. I had only paused for a moment to admire these flowers…” The beast followed her hand to the patch of white before her, beaming bright as the day’s late golden rays shone upon the blooms. She continued, “When I looked up again, they were gone.” “They are quite beautiful,” the beast concurred, “but that is a pity they left you behind, and with night fast approaching too. To be left all alone in this wood…you must be terrified.”
