@maddow.msnbc.com NYC 42nd St to 14th = 1.3 miles. SF was 2 miles from foot of Market to City Hall, crammed with people simultaneously. Local news underreported this, singled out relatively small crowd gathered at Civic Center. I was hoping as a Bay Area native you'd have painted the true picture.
