Tracer in C4D, I've recreated it in Houdini since so it saves passing the massive alembics back and forth but it worked at the time

Used a combination of Houdini CHOPs and a particle-looking effect in C4D with the tracer

It was used to generate the reactive form with a simple CHOPs setup driving the extrusions, very basic setup but this was the first one 🫡
