Hugo a black and white miniature schnauzer is looking into the camera, with a rather earnest look on his face. He is out on his morning walk in the New Forest. It’s frosty this morning and the grass he is standing on and the heather in the background is frosty. Hugo had a great walk, lots and lots of running around, jumping over fallen trees, racing along paths, great sniffs and fairly good recall! He’s back home now on the big bed with Wiffle his toy frog and BD.

Black and silver miniature schnauzer is side on to the camera. He is wearing his khaki and blue coat. His eyes look somewhat startled. Perhaps because he’s just misjudged a puddle which resulted in him being up to his tummy in a boggy mess that he had to battle his way out of. Needless to say he had a bath when he got home, much to his disgust.

Hugo is a black and silver miniature schnauzer. He’s out in the New Forest in the south of England for his morning walk. Hugo is stood amongst some heather, his face looking up, fairly close to the camera. To the side of him (on the right as you look at the photo) you can see a cob web, highlighted by the sun and the dew.

I had such a great adventure in the New Forest today, scrunchy leaves, streams, super sniffs, grassy paths, mazes of ferns, heather, puddles and glorious mud! Here’s a close (ish) up of me rushing back to hu-dad! 🧡 #SchnauzerGang #DogsofBluesky
Hugo the black and silver miniature schnauzer is jumping through some ferns. His face is partially covered by a fern and the only ear you can see is flapping up high, his mouth is slightly open and his paws are raised as he jumps through the ferns. The ferns and copper in colour as they die back.

Took the pawrents out to the New Forest again this morning to stretch their legs. They don’t really take advantage of all the wonderful sniffs though 🙄. 🧡 #SchnauzerGang #DogsofBluesky
Hugo’s face is close up to the camera. He’s looking expectantly for a treat. He’s on a great walk in the New Forest, great sniffs, lots of gorgeous autumnal colours and different mushrooms! He really got the scent of something and went running off and his recall was appalling, so he had to go on lead for a bit and then did lots of recall practice.

Hugo is sat amongst some ferns. The ferns are beginning to die back after the summer and changing from green to brown. The change in the season feels almost sudden this year. The New Forest is even more gorgeous in the Autumn.
