Scrollability is hard! I went with scrollbars but not sure if they’re obvious enough, and the arithmetic is awful every time.

Now it's a bunch of individual sprites for each star, connection and pointer. It's mostly working although I still need to work on the new arithmetic for quest pointers, and I'm getting a few weird artifacts. Seeing only the neccessary parts of the map redraw is worth it though!
