A lot of us are new here - I’ve plenty of engagement back at the other place. Sam F is an amazing contributor to the public sphere. However over claiming of PIPs etc is a major fiscal issue so I can sympathise with the Telegraph highlighting it.

Surely there is at least some ethical distinction between working the rules to keep more of what you earn vs taking more of that you haven’t.
