Finally got to try Midnight Patisserie, a “secret bakery” in Grand Rapids. A new menu posts each Wednesday for pre-order only, with pick up on Saturday from 10-1. Pictured here is a maple, blueberry bacon twist, and a dark chocolate croissant. As a baking nerd, this is heaven

A Tom & JoJo’s semi-original. Wanted to replicate my favorite Girl Scout cookie in ice cream, so I put together a coconut frozen custard with fudge and caramel ripples. There’s room to tweak, but I’m pretty happy with the result!

As I continue to learn Tekken I’m discovering that it’s just “Knowledge Check: The Game”. The easy solution to this is to duck but I eek out so many Perfects this way it’s insane

Spend the weekend doing some Christmas baking. Dinner rolls for Christmas Eve, and sugar cookies for every minute in between. JoJo got her own special cookie this year. Next up: sticky toffee pudding for Christmas Eve dessert #BakeSky
