A friend and I saw the Stooges @ Ungano’s NYC Summer 1970. Ron looked EXACTLY like this, standing up of course. I have yet to recover.

Nice! Who is the photographer, is his name Harry Goodwin? He took the “official” headshots for TOTP. There must be an incredible archive of his stuff somewhere, though TBH pretty much everything he snapped looked exactly the same…

1970 comprised the second half of my junior year of high school, and (obv) the first half of my senior year. I remember feeling generally disappointed by AM radio fare (being a budding little hippie), but this list puts the lie to my assumption. Great stuff! (Even without “Spill the Wine.”)
